Asset management group La Française will fully its London-based responsible investment joint-venture Inflection Point Capital Management UK (IPCM).

Set up in 2013 with Matthew Kiernan, IPCM aims to speed up the development of responsible investment research, advisory services and related investment products for La Française. The group specified the change in capital ownership will be accompanied by a rebranding of IPCM.
Matthew Kiernan will step down at the end of June from his role as chief executive officer but will remain a non-executive board member of IPCM.
