Stockholm (NordSIP) – The Danish sustainable investment forum Dansif has appointed Eric Christian Pedersen as its new Chairperson. This decision was made on 21 May 2024 at a meeting called following the resignation of previous Chairperson Dewi Dylander.
Pedersen is Head of Responsible Investments at Nordea Asset Management and an adjunct Professor in Sustainable Finance at the Copenhagen Business School. Alongside his Dansif Board position Pedersen remains a part-time member of the Investors’ Advisory Group at the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB). The Dansif board also elected AP Pension’s Head of Responsible Investments Anna Maria Fibla Møller as Vice-Chairperson and reappointed PenSam’s Head of ESG Mikael Bek as treasurer.
In announcing the board changes Pedersen paid tribute to his predecessor Dewi Dylander, who is also stepping down from her position as Deputy Executive Director and Head of Sustainable Investments at PKA. Dylander also previously sat on the steering committees of the Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero (GFANZ) and the Institutional Investors Group on Climate Change (IIGCC). Dylander has not yet provided any indication of her next career move.
