Havsfrun Investment AB is a fund of funds. The company traces its origins to Fastighets AB Havsfrun, which acquired by the two main shareholders of the company (Werkell and Tengberg) from Wasa through Stockbox Holdings AB, in 1994. Havsfrun Investments' shares have been listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange since 1994.
As of 2024 Havsfrun Investment AB is seeking to increase the managed capital, possibly via a merger with a larger, well-organized company and is looking for cooperation opportunities across a wide range of target companies.
