JRS Asset Management was founded in 2007 and offers wealth advice for Family Offices segment, which is aimed at private individuals and entrepreneurs with large and complex wealth pictures. At the end of 2019, JRS AM oversaw SEK 9 billion in AUM. In 2019 Söderberg & Partners, a Stockholm-based financial consultancy, acquired a minority stake of 49% in JRS Asset Management. As of August 2024, JRS AM describes its ownership as "49% owned by Viktor Söderberg together with the [JRS AM] staff and 51% by Söderberg & Partners."
