Kammarkollegiet is a state agency under the authority of the Ministry of Finance of Sweden, responsible for managing the State Inheritance Fund ("Allmänna Arvsfonden"), which collects funds left to the state by private individuals who passed away. Donations to Arvsfonden can be made directly through individual wills or by default if no heir can be found.
With these funds, Arvsfonden supports approximately four hundred projects aimed at children, young people, the elderly and people with disabilities, across Sweden.
