Brad Camden, CFA

Director, Fixed Income Strategies
Northern Trust Asset Management

Brad’s main responsibility is to head the taxable active long duration strategy team. He has oversight and portfolio management responsibilities across a variety of both active and passive strategies. He is Chair of the Fixed Income Credit Strategy Committee and a member of the firm’s Tactical Asset Allocation and Investment Policy Committees.

Prior to joining Northern Trust Asset Management in 2005, Brad was a member of Northern’s Global Opportunities in Leadership Development (GOLD) program where he completed rotations in Tax Advantage Equity, Equity Research, and Fixed Income. Brad began his career with Northern Trust in 2002.

Brad received a B.A. degree in Economics from DePauw University. He is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Chicago.

Fabien Collado, CFA

Portfolio Manager
AXA Investment Managers

Fabien is a portfolio manager within the London Buy and Maintain Credit team in Fixed Income, where he is responsible for managing global and sterling credit portfolios. Fabien also covers the Industrials sector on a relative value basis within our Portfolio Manager Analyst credit research organisation. He was a key member of the project team which developed and launched the flagship Buy and Maintain Credit strategy in 2012.

Fabien initially joined AXA IM in 2009 and spent three years in a dual portfolio engineer/portfolio manager role within AXA IM’s Euro Credit team where, in addition to portfolio management, he was responsible for calibrating portfolios, monitoring risk, and attributing and analysing performance. Fabien has been fully focused on portfolio management since 2014.
Fabien holds a Master’s in Finance from IESEG School of Management, Lille. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Guido Moret

Head of Sustainability Integration Credits
Robeco

Guido Moret is responsible for enhancing the integration of sustainability in Robeco’s fixed income investment processes. This includes topics such as the SDG framework, measuring the impact of sustainability themes such as climate change on the portfolios, and feeding this information back into portfolio management.

Before joining Robeco in 2017, Guido was a Manager in EY’s Climate Change & Sustainability Services department. He holds a double Master’s in Business Administration (cum laude), with specializations in Finance and Sustainability from Rotterdam School of Management.

James Tomlins, CFA

Fund Manager
M&G Investments

James Tomlins joined M&G in June 2011 and was appointed fund manager of the M&G European High Yield Bond Fund later that year. In January 2014, he became co-manager of the M&G Global High Yield Bond Fund, after two years as deputy manager on the fund. James has also managed the M&G Global Floating Rate High Yield Fund since its launch in September 2014 and is co-fund manager of the M&G (Lux) Floating Rate High Yield Solution, launched in August 2017 and the M&G (Lux) Global High Yield ESG Bond Fund, launched in October 2017.

James has more than 10 years experience in high yield credit. He was previously an analyst and then a fund manager at Cazenove Capital Management. Before Cazenove, James was at KBC Alternative Investment Management; in the three years prior to that, he worked at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers. James is a CFA charterholder. He graduated with an MA in history and PgDip in economics from the University of Cambridge.
