Atlas Copco Pension

Atlas Copco Pension ("Atlas Copco Gruppens Gemensamma Pensionsstiftelse" or "Atlas Copco Group's Collective Pension Foundation") manages the pension savings of the employees of Sweden's Atlas Copco Group of industrial companies. The Atlas Copco Group owned 62 companies, with aggregate revenues worth SEK172.664 billion as of 31/12/2023. According to the Foundation's investment guidelines, the portfolio's funds may be invested in Swedish and foreign interest-bearing securities, Properties and Infrastructure, Listed Swedish and foreign shares and share-related instruments, Securities funds in the above asset class, Alternative assets, and Cash and cash equivalents in Swedish and foreign currency. Investments can also be made in unlisted/private assets. The market value of listed assets must at least correspond to 50% of the Foundation's total legal pension liability over time. The assets must be invested in operations that respect human rights, fair and safe working conditions and environmentally sustainable business operations in line with the UN's Global Compact.
