Council on Ethics Completes New Team

Stockholm (NordSIP) – The Council on Ethics of the Swedish National Pension Funds has followed up its recent recruitment of Alexander Elving with the announcement of a second addition to its team of Sustainability Specialists.

Anna Warberg joins from ISS-ESG, where she was Global Head of Stewardship and Engagement.  In that role she led and developed the collaborative engagement services on behalf of global institutional investors at ISS ESG and has previously also been responsible for the analysis of corporate controversies and incidents.  Within the Council on Ethics’ Warberg will focus on child and forced labour as well as water, while Elving will lead on anti-microbial resistance and climate transition.

Commenting on her new role, Warberg said: “I am really pleased to have settled in with my new team at the Council on Ethics, working with Jenny Gustafsson and Alexander Elving.  Within the Council’s focus areas, I will be leading and developing the work related to child and forced labour as well as water, and I will also participate in the reactive dialogues with companies in connection with specific incidents.  I am looking forward to collaborating with experts at Första AP-fonden (AP1), Andra AP-fonden (AP2), AP3 Tredje AP-fonden and Fjärde AP-fonden (AP4), as well as other investors and stakeholders.”
